Why we built this

Burnout in healthcare is a documentation problem as much as a workload problem. We talked to hundreds of clinicians — GPs, psychiatrists, dentists, aestheticians, therapists — and heard the same thing: the notes are killing us.

Existing tools weren't built for clinicians. They were built for administrators, compliance teams, and billing departments. Patien is different — we start with the clinician and work backward.

Privacy & trust

We take patient data seriously. Patien is built with HIPAA compliance as a foundation, not an afterthought. All audio is processed with end-to-end encryption. We sign BAAs with every customer. And we never train on your patient data.
